I just ordered. How do I send in my artwork?
Would you please provide us the logo files to our email address(customtent@abccanopy.com) ? our design will do the artwork and send you for confirm asap.
How long it takes to customize an item?
It usually takes 4-6 business days for printing, 3-8 days for shipping. The sooner you send the drawings to confirm the renderings, the sooner you can get your custom product.
How much extra is it to customize?
The price is including the printing and shipping fee. If you would like to do this custom canopy, please provide us the logo files first? our design will do the artwork and send you for confirm asap.
Anybody have pics of the inside constrction of the roof?
The inside is white, there is only one-side printing.
How many custom peaks, valances are included in the price? What colors are available ?
4 panels on thop, 4 valances.
The Pantone colors are mostly available.
